Jason R. Antoine, Esq.

Attorney Jason R. Antoine completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware and received his law degree at the West Virginia University College of Law.

Mr. Antoine is a former Assistant District Attorney (ADA). He successfully prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in the Court of Common Pleas and practiced in DUI Court.

As a freshman ADA Mr. Antoine was fortunate to have many experiences not presented to other junior attorneys. He started on the preliminary hearing team but was quickly promoted to courtroom attorney status in a month. After two months he was trying felony drug cases and prosecuted defendants charged with crimes such as sexual assault, sexual abuse of children and burglary. He received guilty verdicts in seven of eight jury and non-jury trials against seasoned defense attorneys.* The acting District Attorney thanked Mr. Antoine for his service and stated “… [he] has a lot of talent.”

In law school, Mr. Antoine clerked at the State of Delaware Department of Justice and was a member of the Lugar Trial Team and Vice President of the West Virginia Student Trial Lawyers Association.
