My practice is dedicated to representing citizens accused of crimes in Chester County, Delaware County, Philadelphia County and the surrounding areas of southeastern Pennsylvania. My mission is to provide the highest quality legal representation at an affordable cost for the working person. I am highly competitive by nature, confident in the courtroom and pride myself on my ability to think outside of the box to obtain results for my clients. I try to give 110% in and out of the courtroom on every case and to be at the top of my field.

As a former Assistant District Attorney I successfully prosecuted over two-hundred felony and misdemeanor cases with only one acquital.* My philosophy is simple yet effective: believe in what you say to the jury, say it with passion, tell your client’s story in a simple way that keeps the juror’s interest, and be aggressive without being disrespectful.

I also try to make the criminal process as painless and convenient as possible for my clients. As a former prosecutor I know you may not be ready for this curveball life has thrown you. Life is tough enough and you may have not allotted time and money for paying attorneys’ fees, missing work for court appearances, performing community service hours, paying court costs, and arranging for additional child care. This is why I set my fees as low as possible, have evening and weekend appointments available, and will meet with you at convenient meeting locations to minimize your travel time.
