As a former Assistant District Attorney in both Berks and Chester Counties Jason racked up a total of two–hundred and three (203) felony and misdemeanor convictions with only one acquittal.* This is a 99% conviction rate. This included cases involving sexual abuse of children, sexual assault, burglary, forgery and DUI. As a freshman attorney at the DA's office, he received guilty verdicts in nine of ten criminal trials against seasoned defense attorneys. The acting District Attorney stated "he has a lot of talent.”

Since Jason left the District Attorney’s Office, he has been vigorously representing defendants in state and federal courts across southeastern Pennsylvania. Jason's cases have been featured on NBC 10 Philadelphia, 6ABC Action News, CBS Philly, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Delaware County Daily Times, Chester County Daily Local News and the Miami Herald.

To date, Jason Antoine has never lost a criminal jury trial as a prosecutor or defense attorney.* Veteran attorneys around the Philadelphia metro area have commented on Mr. Antoine’s talent as a trial attorney. When Jason is not working, he enjoys spending time with his children, playing guitar, mountain biking, hiking, attempting to surf and watching football.
